Overview

GhostChaser is a real-time driving coach for Gran Turismo 7. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data.

GhostChaser operates entirely on your device and local network. Specifically:

• Telemetry data is received directly from your PlayStation 5 over your local Wi-Fi network. It is processed in real time on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Reference lap data is downloaded from our servers (Amazon S3). These downloads are anonymous — no user accounts, no login, no tracking.
• App settings (audio preferences, PS5 IP address, speed unit) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. They are never sent anywhere.

Subscription Information

GhostChaser offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

Third-Party Services

• Amazon S3 — hosts reference lap data. Downloads are anonymous GET requests with no user identification.
• Apple StoreKit — handles subscription purchases. Managed by Apple under their privacy policy.

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services.

Network Usage

GhostChaser communicates on your local network with your PlayStation 5 (UDP ports 9302, 33739, and 33740). It also makes HTTPS requests to Amazon S3 to download reference lap data. No other network communication occurs.

Children's Privacy

GhostChaser does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated date.
