Acceptance

By using GhostChaser, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

GhostChaser is a real-time driving coaching app for Gran Turismo 7. It receives telemetry data from your PlayStation 5 over your local network and provides audio and visual coaching feedback based on reference lap data.

Requirements

• A PlayStation 5 running Gran Turismo 7
• An iPhone or iPad on the same Wi-Fi network as the PS5
• An internet connection for downloading reference lap data

Subscription

• GhostChaser offers a 30-day free trial followed by an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

GhostChaser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sony Interactive Entertainment, Polyphony Digital, or the Gran Turismo franchise. Gran Turismo and PlayStation are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

GhostChaser is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of coaching feedback, reference lap data, or telemetry interpretation. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McConnell Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of GhostChaser.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
