GhostChaser is a real-time driving coach for Gran Turismo 7 on PS5. We're a small team and we read every email.

Common Issues

"NO GT7 TELEMETRY" banner

GhostChaser needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network as your PS5, and GT7 needs to be running an active session (qualifying trial, race, or time trial). If the banner persists:

• Confirm your phone and PS5 are on the same Wi-Fi network (not a guest network).
• Check that your PS5's IP address is set correctly in the app's settings.
• Some routers block UDP traffic between devices — try disabling AP isolation or "client isolation" in your router settings.

Trial expired but I'm subscribed

If the app reports your trial has expired but you're already a subscriber, force-close GhostChaser and reopen it. The subscription status refreshes on launch. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID region and approximate purchase date.

No reference lap available

Reference laps are published weekly for the three GT7 Sport Mode daily races. If a track isn't yet in the library, it's likely because the daily race for that track hasn't been scheduled this week.

Audio coaching isn't audible alongside game audio

For the best experience, mix GhostChaser's audio into your headphones alongside your game audio — either over Bluetooth (route the iPhone audio to the same headset as the game) or through an inexpensive analog headphone mixer.
